What owners ask first.
Will my customers know they're talking to AI?
Yes. Under the EU AI Act, callers have to be told they're talking to an AI, so it says so at the start of every call. It sounds natural and it's quick, but it never pretends to be human. If someone wants a person, it takes a message or transfers the call to you.
What happens with an emergency, like an active leak?
You decide the rules. Urgent jobs can be forwarded to your mobile straight away, sent to you as an SMS with the address and details, or booked into the first emergency slot.
Do I have to change my CRM or phone number?
No. The AI works on your existing number through call forwarding and writes into the CRM and calendar you already use. If you don't have a CRM, we set up a simple one for you.
Which languages does it speak?
Danish, Swedish and English as standard. It can switch mid-call if the customer does.
Is my customer data safe, in the EU and outside it?
Yes. We sign a DPA with every client and build to GDPR in Europe, CCPA and TCPA in the US, and PIPEDA and CASL in Canada. Data is encrypted, opt-outs are handled automatically, and we never sell your data or use it to train public AI models.
How fast will I see results?
